Report on the Appreciation Ceremony for the First Batch of Grade 10 CBSE Board Exam Students

On June 6, 2025, Christ School CBSE celebrated a historic event by honoring its first-ever batch of Grade 10 students who took the CBSE Board Exams and earned a phenomenal 100% success rate. The Appreciation Ceremony was an appropriate homage to the pioneering students’ devotion, hard work, and spirit of greatness.

The event began with an introduction by Mr. Nibin Hansel, Master of Ceremonies, and Ms. Janet Jimmy. Their warmth and elegance established the tone for the evening, engaging the audience from the start. This was followed by a passionate invocation song performed by Ms. Swarganitha and her crew, which set a tone of gratitude and respect.

Ms. Reshma Kumari welcomed the guests warmly, emphasizing the significance of the event and creating a pleasant tone for the evening. Ms. Dona C. Mohan then made the felicitation message, praising the students for setting a standard for future batches and honoring the faculty and parents’ critical roles in this accomplishment.

The performance included two engaging video presentations, one created by the school’s top performers and the other reflecting cherished memories from the students’ time at Christ School. These images elicited a wide range of emotions, from smiles and laughter to tears of nostalgia and pride.

Rev. Dr. Johnson Kadaparambil CMI, our renowned Principal, addressed the audience with pride and encouragement. He praised the students for their outstanding performance and used the occasion to reflect on the school’s ambition for academic success. In a display of delight and joy, he and the staff secretaries gave trophies and mementos to the children as expressions of appreciation for their outstanding achievements.

Sr. Latha closed the service with a gracious vote of thanks, expressing genuine gratitude to everyone who helped make the occasion memorable and meaningful. The evening concluded with a high tea hosted by the school administration, allowing students, parents, and faculty to socialize and participate in the joint satisfaction of this achievement.

This ceremony not only recognized academic achievement, but also demonstrated the spirit of unity, perseverance, and the prospect of new beginnings ahead.
