Note to Parents

  • Parents are requested to co-operate with the School authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline, by seeing to it that the children prepare their lessons and by taking an active interest in the activities of the school. They have to prepare a time for home study and supervise their assignments and home works.

  • Students are forbidden from organizing and attending any meeting within the school and collecting money for any purpose, circulating any notice or petition of any kind among the students or pasting it on the school notice board without the written permission of the Principal.
  • Complaints of any kind should be made through proper representatives of their respective classes, or through the student council members.
  • Chewing gum on the campus is strictly prohibited.
  • Movement of bicycles in the campus shall be in moderate speed. Students can park their bicycles at the allotted area. They are expected to respect their fellow students and all the properties belonging to them.
  • Mobile phones are strictly prohibited on campus. If found, they will be confiscated, and will not be returned.
  • In case of loss of Identity Card, students should inform the office and apply for a new Identity Card. Duplication / misuse of identity card will be dealt with seriously.
  • Food and drink are not to be consumed in the class room. There are large number of litter bins around the school campus. Students must dispose the wastes in the dustbins to keep the surroundings clean.
  • Parents are requested to check the hand book regularly and sign it regularly, indicating that they have seen the remarks. An unsigned Hand Book is indicative of the parent’s apathy.
  • Parents are requested to read carefully all circulars issued by the school from time to time, and act accordingly.
  • Parents are expected to see that their children attend school in the prescribed dress and with the required books.
  • Parents are welcome to the school to monitor the progress of their children. But they are not allowed to meet their children or meet the teachers during school hours without the permission of the principal.
  • Parents can visit the teachers to monitor the performance of their Children on all working Thursdays & Saturdays.
  • Parents, guardians or any other persons are never allowed to meet the students or teachers during class hours at the door of the classroom. In emergencies, they have to contact the principal through Office.
