The students of Grade X & IX visited the Vidhana Soudha on Monday, the 22nd of July. 200 students accompanied by 10 staff members visited the state government office complex and attended the sessions of the State Legislative Assembly and the State Legislative Council.
The visit served to educate the students regarding the working of the state legislature by providing insight into its daily activities. The students returned to school and dispersed as usual. The visit was the first in a series of field trips that have been planned to effectively augment the academic curriculum.
