Co-Scholastic Activities

At Christ School CBSE, equal emphasis is placed on both scholastic and co-scholastic areas to provide students with a balanced and holistic learning experience. Co-scholastic activities play a vital role in assessing and nurturing the overall personality development of each student.

The co-scholastic areas consist of four main components, and students are assessed on a five-point grading scale:

  1. Life Skills – Encompassing thinking skills, social skills, and emotional skills that foster independence, collaboration, and resilience.
  2. Work Education – Encouraging responsibility, creativity, and practical learning experiences that build confidence and self-reliance.
  3. Visual and Performing Arts – Providing opportunities to explore and showcase talents in art, music, dance, theatre, and other creative forms.
  4. Attitudes and Values – Cultivating positive attitudes towards teachers, peers, school programmes, and the environment, alongside nurturing strong values that guide students from primary through secondary levels.

Through these co-scholastic dimensions, Christ School aims to mould students into well-rounded individuals who demonstrate academic excellence, emotional intelligence, creativity, and strong moral values.
